Also, our USA Hajj packages offer a range of economic facilities, making decision-making easier for the company's potential customers.

3-Star Option

Our 3-star Hajj packages offer clean and comfortable hotels close to the holy sites. These are budget-friendly yet provide essential amenities for your stay.

4-Star Option

These hotels offer a balance of value and added amenities, like larger rooms, excellent dining options, and services such as room service and laundry. They're also conveniently located near the holy sites, allowing easy access without sacrificing comfort.

5-Star Option

Our 5-star packages offer luxurious accommodations, top-notch services, and proximity to the holy mosques for those seeking the ultimate comfort. They are ideal for those looking for a premium Hajj experience.

Shifting vs Non-Shifting Hajj Packages: Choose the Right Option for You

We offer some of the most affordable Hajj packages for 2025/2026, offering an outstanding balance of affordability and comfort. One popular choice is our 4 Nights 5-Star Shifting Package. Let's discuss our shifting and non-shifting packages.

Shifting Hajj Packages

With shifting Hajj packages, you may change hotels during the trip. These packages are more affordable and still offer outstanding comfort.

Non-Shifting Hajj Packages

With non-shifting Hajj packages, you stay at one hotel throughout your journey. This is ideal for families and older travelers who prefer less moving around.

You can choose the Option that works best for your needs.

Customize Your Hajj Experience with Add-Ons

A couple of our add-ons are available to incorporate into your Hajj package. These extras are intended to enhance your travel experience and are customized to meet your requirements:

  • Ground transportation: Get private transfers to and from the airport and hotels.
  • Extra nights: Want to stay longer? We can add more nights to your booking.
  • Custom options: We can customize your Hajj package based on your needs, including special services.

The number of nights you spend in Madinah and Makkah is likewise up to you. Some people prefer spending more time in Makkah, while others enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in Madinah.

Hajj Costs and Budget Tips

The cheapest hajj package in 2025/2026 will cost you $6425 at AlHateem Tours. This 4-week, non-shifting Hajj package includes your visa, 05-star accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, and a return flight. However, a two-week non-shifting Hajj can cost about $7025.

The prices of Hajj packages keep fluctuating due to several factors.

  • High Demand: Millions of pilgrims embark on this sacred journey yearly, increasing the overall Hajj package rates.
  • Group vs individual Hajj: Group Hajj packages offer great discounts and savings. AlHateem Tours provides special offers for groups, which allow them to enjoy incredible discounts. For example, a 10-member group Hajj package can save you up to $200 per person or more.
  • Limited Hotel Rooms: Once again, high demand plays a role, and hotels in Makkah increase their accommodation rates.
  • Peak Season Airfares: Since Hajj is the on-peak season, airfares increase drastically.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Last-minute booking is highly discouraged if you want to enjoy a budget-friendly Hajj. Consider booking your Hajj package at least 6-12 months before to enjoy low rates.

When to Go: Picking the Right Dates for Your Hajj

Once you've chosen your package, you must decide when to go. Hajj happens on specific dates in the Islamic calendar, but you can pick when to leave and return.

Booking early is a brilliant idea. It gives you time to prepare, get your visa, and pack. Additionally, you get better prices and won't stress about last-minute planning.

Duration of Your Hajj Stay

This depends on your package and your personal preference. Most of our Hajj packages include stays between 7 and 14 nights.

Here are a few options:

  • 6-Night Stay: For those who want a short, focused trip.
  • 10-14 Nights: Perfect for people who want to spend more time in Makkah and Madinah for reflection.

You can choose how many nights you stay in each city. Our team can help you find the best Option based on your schedule and preferences.

Understanding the Hajj Process

Learning the correct way to accomplish the Hajj without making mistakes is even more critical. Rest assured, AlHateem Tours is here to help you get everything right. Follow these steps to complete your 2025/2026 Holy journey without making mistakes.

Ihram

Men wear white unstitched fabric, while women wear loose-fitting clothing, such as an abaya or a long dress; it must not be revealing or tight-fitting. Niqabi women are not allowed to cover their face directly during Ihram, but they may drape a cloth over it without letting it touch the skin.

Tawaf

Tawaf, in simple words, is the act of circling the Kaabah seven times. However, it is much deeper than that. It also involves worshipping, doing dhikr, and making duaa. Your one circle would start from the green light and end there as well. Keep circling the Kaabah seven times by counting it through the green light.

Sa'i

Sa'i is done by completing seven rounds from Safa to Marwah and vice versa. Your first round starts from Safa and ends at Marwah, then the second one starts from Marwah and ends at Safa. This is how you count your rounds between the hills.

Standing at Arafat (Wuquf)

Pilgrims spend their time in the Arafat area from the afternoon until sunset on the 9th of Dhul Hijjah. They pray, ask for forgiveness, and reflect on their lives.

Muzdalifah

Pilgrims move from the plain of Arafat without praying Maghrib. When they arrive at Muzdalifah, they pray both Maghrib (3 rak'ahs) and Isha (2 rak'ahs) under the open sky.

Pilgrims are supposed to sleep under the open sky at Muzdalifah. During your stay at the place, you must collect 49 or 70 stones for Mina that must be as small as chickpeas. After praying fajar, you can leave for Mina. If you are physically unwell, you can leave for Mina a little earlier.

Ramy al-Jamarat

After your stay at Muzdalifah, you'll go to Mina to throw stones at Shayṭān (the devil). The Jamaraat Bridge has six levels; you can throw stones from any level. There are three specific pillars where you have to throw stones daily on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of Dhul Hijja (three days of Eid al Adha), making 21 stones (7 stones at each pillar).

Qurbani

After Rami al-Jamarat on the 10th of Dhul Hijja, pilgrims commemorate Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) 's sacrifice by sacrificing an animal. They may also do this on the 11th or 12th of Dhul Hijja. However, it must be done before halq/taqsir (head shaving).

Tawaf al-Ifadah

Many pilgrims perform it after Qurbani on the 10th of Dhul Hijja. However, because of extreme crowds or other reasons, you can also perform it on the 11th or 12th of Dhul Hijja, but try to accomplish it close to your Qurbani. It is done by circling the Kaabah seven times, doing dhikr, and making duaa.

Halq or Taqsir

By this stage, all the significant Hajj rituals have been completed, and only a few minor yet equally important ones remain. Halq is for men, and tafsir is for women because men have to shave their entire heads while women only have to cut about one inch of their hair from each lock with scissors.

Tawaf al-Wada

Before bidding farewell to the holy city of Makkah, pilgrims must perform Tawaf al-Wada, the last step of the Hajj. It must be done soon before leaving the city.

After accomplishing it, shopping, visiting holy sites, or exploring the city is prohibited. It is done by circling the Kaabah seven times, praying at the Muqam e Ibrahimi if possible, drinking Zamzam, and making duaa.

Health and Safety Measures for Hajj 2025/2026

Thanks to modern technology, crowd management will be much better in 2025 and 2026 than in any previous year. In 2024, more than 1.83 million pilgrims participated in the Hajj. Therefore, the chances of injuries and other infectious diseases are high. But don't worry—by taking preventive measures, you can save yourself from diseases, injuries, and inconveniences.

  • Stay Hydrated: Always carry a water bottle and drink regularly, especially in Saudi Arabia's extreme temperatures.
  • Pack Basic Medicines & Painkillers: Consult your doctor before taking this tripAfter consulting your doctor, carry essential meds for headaches, fevers, and coughs.
  • Use Alcohol-Free Deodorant: You will sweat a lot, so it's a good idea to pack an alcohol-free, long-lasting, scent-free, refreshing deodorant.
  • Sanitize Frequently: Keep a sanitizer handy and use it often to avoid germs and infections.
  • Change Clothes Daily: Change your clothes daily to prevent rashes and manage sweat, including an extra Ihram for men.
  • Stay in Cool or Shaded Areas: Avoid direct sunlight and use sunscreen daily to protect yourself from extreme heat.
